Valentine Roofing was wonderful to work with. They didn't try to upsell us or anything and they gave their best quote the first time without hassle. Dane gave his best reasonable quote even though the roof was completely covered by emergency tarps at the time. Moises' work crew worked hard and effectively throughout the project despite rain, sleet, snow, high winds, and hail. We were rather flabbergasted that they worked during some of the more extreme weather to be honest.

We chose valentine roofing to replace the roof on our newly purchased home, and we're so glad that we did. In fact, we had signed a contract with a different vendor, and had Valentine out for a consultation while we were still within our original contract's cancelation window. We were in a bit of an emergency, as we had two active leaks, one of which was into our electrical panel. Whereas the original company only temporarily repaired one of the active leaks, they left the electrical panel leak unaddressed. Valentine was able to temporarily stop the electrical panel leak, and then bumb us up to a full roof repair appointment within a week of our consult (the original company had actually alerted us that our appt was to be pushed out by another week). Valentine fixed our immediate concerns, scheduled us quickly and in short turn-around, they were extremely communicative throughout the process, all of their staff was friendly and approachable. And they even did final touches on our roof the morning of Thanksgiving. They followed-up with us to ensure our satisfaction, they've also emailed to check-in. I'll also note that we were aware that the fasciaboard on our home is in serious need of repair, but Valentine reviewed and confirmed that the repair could wait until spring to ensure that the most dire need (the roof repair) would be done first and quickly. They didn't try to upsell us, they held to their timeline and budget, and the communicated along the way when new challenges/costs were discovered during process of removing the old roof. I would absolutely recommend Valentine, and I plan to use them when we replace the roof on our detached garage.
