Valentine Roofing is looking for Field and Warranty technician to join our growing team! We have an immediate opening for an independent, self-motivated worker. If you have a passion for mentoring and training within the construction industry and the knowledge to help support those in the field performing the work then we want you to apply to join our amazing team!

Job Specs

PAY RANGE: $60,000-$80,000 annually, accrued on a per-job basis

JOB TYPE: Full Time

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, hours vary

OFFICE LOCATION: 400 Industry Drive Suite 130 Tukwila, WA

JOB LOCATION: Job locations vary depending on current and past project locations. Our employees leave directly from their homes in a company vehicle for their daily jobs and tasks.

Job Description

About the Position

  • Works days are typically Mon-Fri
  • Leave directly from home for your day
  • Daily schedule is created by your manager who works in the office
  • Training incoming field employees
  • Providing ongoing training for best practices or changes in operations
  • Quality control, roof installation inspections
  • Safety inspections at ongoing job sites
  • Warranty diagnostics and repairs for previously installed jobs


  • Ability to use proper ladder etiquette
  • Capable of installing and inspecting the installation of PVC, TPO, Standing seam metal, and Composition roofing
  • Professional communication between yourself, the customer, and management
  • Ability to work independently in the field and complete a daily schedule


  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Experience or ability to work from heights
  • Capable of climbing ladders
  • Adherance to company safety standards
