Home Services Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Services Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a variety of home services to customers, including installations, repairs and maintenance. The technician will be expected to work independently and complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 annually, accrued on a per-job basis
- Experience: Preferred but not required
- Type: Full Time
About the Position
- Works days are typically Mon-Fri
- Leave directly from home for your day
- Daily schedule is created by your manager who works in the office
- Cleaning and treating residential roofs for moss and algae
- Removing debris from gutters and downspouts
- Cleaning up grounds of debris after services
Skills
- Ability to use proper ladder etiquette
- Capable of cleaning a roof and gutter
- Professional communication between yourself, the customer, and management
- Ability to work independently in the field and complete a daily schedule
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license Experience or ability to work from heights
- Capable of climbing ladders
- Adherence to company safety standards
