Our customer in Seattle has a low slope roof that previously had torchdown installed. She was experiencing leaking and her repairs were not holding long. After a few months of trying to make it work she gave us call and asked us about her options. With a low slope roof the options are limited, but they are still beautiful! After showing her both a single ply membrane roof option as well as a metal roof option our customer decided on the low slope, 26 gauge NRM-2000 metal roof panel system. We also recommended new gutters, since her current gutter and downspouts were falling apart and damaged, as well as new skylights because her previous ones had reached the end of their useful life. Now she has a beautiful new roof, that she has fallen in love with all over again. A new roof that features clean, crisp lines, crystal clear skylights, and superior installation.
