Bring in the Light

Most skylights are only warrantied 10-20 years depending on the type and manufacturer of the skylight. Chances are if you are ready to put in a new roof you should be considering new skylights as well. Over time the sealant will begin to dry and crack breaking the air tight seal, glass and acrylic will pit from years of sun and wind exposure and eventually skylights will begin to leak. We only work with the industry best when it comes to new skylights which is why we work with TAM skylights, a local manufacturer that creates beautiful and durable skylights of all shapes, sizes and styles. We worked with them recently on a custom skylights to straddle the ridge of our customer's home after their existing skylight began to fail.
