This is just a review on the estimate process so far: David was out estimator and very clearly explained the work to be done, costs, options, and trade offs. He was very courteous and professional and I feel gave me a good honest assessment of the situation. There is a very good chance. We will work with them for replacing a roof and if we do, I will update this review.

Valentine did our whole roof several years ago, and we have them service it twice a year. Weve had no problems and it looks and functions great. During a recent bathroom remodel we had them out to see about making some modifications for ventilation. Chuck came out and inspected and discovered we didnt need to modify anything, we already had what we needed in place and didnt know it. He saved us at least $1000, even though I basically wasted his time. Thats the sort of service that keeps my business. Valentine gets my recommendation. Chuck gets my thanks and respect.

We have had a very hard to fix small leak in our roof since 2018. Valentine has been working with us to diagnose this issue with patience and care. Even though we haven't found it yet they have been very helpful in ruling out potential causes. I'm sure with their help we will find it eventually. I'm sure if they are using this degree of care with this problem that routine jobs like installing a new roof would be a breeze for them. Plus they offer a great warranty at a reasonable price.
