Our Project Manager made sure we got all our questions answered and kept us posted daily on our project status. They had our old roof off and the new one installed in less than two days!! Even the inspector had wonderful things to say about them. Our property was spotlessly clean after the job was done and we couldn't be happier about the roof they installed!! This company understands Customer Service to a perfection, and they delivered that service in the most professional manner possible. It is great to work with real craftsmanship! Valentine Roofing truly exceeded all expectations. From the first conversation and estimate all the way through the project, they were friendly and communicative. We didn't expect this from roofing companies given our prior experience gathering estimates from various other local competitors. One competitor, who shall remain nameless, was even bold enough to change their pricing on us a single day after giving us a quote.
Valentine roofing was prompt in setting up a quote to replace my roof. Due to time constraints I only had them replace the scuppers and materials needed. Their roofer Jareth showed up and worked hard even when the temperature was well over 90 degrees! He had torch down work to do because this is a flat roof! Jareth did a great job so I had him show up the next week to help me install the plywood on the soffits of duplex. Job went quickly! I will definitely get my roof replaced by Valentine roofing in the not too distant future!! Good job!
