We really appreciate the time spent discussing the roofing estimate along with the an extra project we needed (attaching existing large deck cover to roof). We really valued that Greg took the time to follow up with the company for confirmation, options, and cost estimates, before just saying it could be done. He was upfront and honest with us, recognizing the possible difficulties involved. He showed respect to his team by checking with them before committing to us that they could complete the task, whether or not that meant we chose their company. He understood that we were in the process of gathering estimates and added no pressure. He was friendly and provided excellent information for the materials the company uses and left a very professional packet with their detailed estimate.

We were introduced to Valentine Roofing by, Eric, a Valentine estimator. He was well-informed and thorough. We accepted his bid that same day. From there, we were contacted by Rochelle, Valentine's Experience Manager. She was friendly and worked closely with us throughout the job. Rochelle also kept in contact with our job Foreman, Elias and his crew, Isidro and Justino. Elias and his crew worked well as a team, each one hardworking and courteous. If the crew ran into a problem, we were informed right away, shown photos and given our options and pricing.

We were lucky to have Elmer and his crew replace our roof. They were quick and did an amazing job from start to finish! The entire process was positive. I had excellent communication with Janice. She kept me informed and answered all my questions. Thank you!

We were referred to Valentine Roofing for cleaning from my neighbor. Many companies were booked months out. Valentine was able to come out sooner. Great communication, text messages, updates, before/after photos, follow-up texts. Signed up for the twice a year maintenance cleanings. Well worth the price. Will refer to others for cleanings!

We've been so pleased with our Valentine experience. The company communicated with us at every stage of the process and was incredibly responsive to our questions and requests. The crews were greatfriendly, diligent, and respectfuland the work site was left absolutely spotless. The whole job got done more quickly and efficiently, and with less disruption to our lives, than we'd dared to hope. Obviously only time will tell, but from what we've experienced, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Valentine wholeheartedly.

When I found a leak in my roof I realized it was time to get a new roof for my house. Valentine was able to get out quickly despite inclement weather, provided a competitive bid with great financing options, and stopped the leak until the roof could be replaced. During the whole process from bid to completion they were very communicative which allowed me to know exactly what was going on through each stage of the project. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a roof replacement.
