We had our gutters replaced through Valentine. Rochelle, out project manager for this job was outstanding with keeping us updated as to when the work would begin, how long it should take and followed up to see if we had any issues.

We had our roof & gutters replaced by Valentine. The experience was very positive, (there was a lengthy delay between the roofing installation & gutter installation - which wasn't as clear to us as being the plan, when we set everything up - but that was the only thing that came close to qualifying as a genuine issue). Due to the cost of everything being significantly higher these days, it wasn't an inexpensive affair either...but I struggle to blame the company for that directly. ;) Communications were very consistent for both the roofing work and the gutter work and the different foreman on each job was very courteous. All the work was completed & the site cleaned up thoroughly at completion. The work was done in Aug/Sep of 2022 so I can't speak to the longevity of the work yet but the work at time of completion appears to be top quality.

We had our roof and gutters replaced back in 2016 with Valentine and I was very impressed with how great their service was. They were on time, had lots of team members present to help speed up the process, and to keep each other safe and accountable. We got a great explanation and overview and was able to inspect the work. Since the installation, theyve been out to monitor our roof, protect from moss, and made sure everything was still in place.

We had our roof replaced last year and recently had them do our annual roof cleaning. The person they sent did a great job and completely cleaned off my back deck and driveway (even though there was debris from a previous windstorm that wasn't part of what they cleaned off the roof). They then put everything neatly into my compost bins and all I had to do was roll it down the driveway to be picked up. I appreciated him cleaning everything and not leaving a mess for me to deal with!

We had some significant roof damage after a snow storm caused a large fir branch to drop on our house. Valentine was fantastic from a thorough inspection through to the repair itself. The team was extremely responsive and very communicative and flexible in terms of scheduling. The foreman Jareth who actually executed the repair was outstanding. Very efficient on time, and even found an additional leak in the roof he was able to repair during the job. Great work, and extensive clean-up so no roof junk ended up in our yard. Definitely a highly recommended company!
