I was so worried about my roof. We were having a lot of issues with venting and condensation. Valentine sent Tristan out and he did some repairs that fixed everything. This company is amazing. I will tell all my friends and family to use Valentine Roofing.
I was very impressed with Valentine Roofing's Installers and Project Manager. Their Project Manager kept me informed prior to the install date and continued to give me progress reports throughout the installation of the new roof and new gutters.
Im basing this on the professionalism which I had read about and then contacted this company. Mark is an excellent representative of this company. He was courteous from his first phone contact, on time for his scheduled appointment and spent a good amount of time drawing up plan for new roof and skylights. He was well informed about the product his company uses and had resources including Consumer Reports to support his reviews. I was also particularly impressed that this company gives back to the community supporting various charities in our locality. As for pricing, his bid was 10-20 k under his competition. 10,000 if I signed contract by the end of the week, 20,000 if I waited. Overall, Marks company, Valentine, checked all the boxes. When he left it was clear to me that I didnt need a third bid and that I would definitely be hiring this company to put on my new roof.
Impressed with Valentine Roofing's product line, warranty and customer service! Tear down, some board replacement, install, and clean up all done in less than 2 days! Kept me informed along the way. Intend to hire them annually to do roof and gutter maintenance. Highly recommend.
