First time replacing shingles on our roof they said honestly we could have held out for another year or two. But the price quote was great and we decided to just go ahead and replace it now. From Erics quote (we had to replace a few boards which was understood going in), to Jacobs exceptional updates on the project, Valentine Roofing was great to work with. From start to finish Valentine Roofing exceeded all our expectations of a complete tear off and re-roof of 64 Square. The best part was the daily follow-up provided by our Experience Manager, Janice Jacobs with not only a phone call but also with photos of the work crews progress. The expertise and professionalism of the crew led by Cervando was superb. The clean up was excellent which was another testament of this companys good name.

Elias and his crew were exceptional in every way - they were punctual, hardworking, thorough, friendly, courteous, conscientious, and very respectful of our property and to us as well. They documented their process with photos sent via link - seeing the meticulous work involved from their perspective and all that it entails inspires in me a greater appreciation for these highly essential workers. I am impressed and amazed at the job they did. The cleanup was incredible! I've heard complaints about the mess left behind with roof work in general. I must say that each day Elias and crew worked onsite, we saw no evidence that they were ever here after they left! The property was so clean - no nails, no debris... all equipment taken down and set up again the next day! They really took the time for a job done well and right. They take great pride in their work which should not go unrecognized. First and foremost, a huge thank you to Elias and crew for doing a stellar job! You are exemplary and very much appreciated. Great experience. John, the estimator performed the estimate onsite and went over it after he finished the estimate (which was competitive with the other estimates I received), Janice, the experience manager kept me apprised of the start date on a regular basis and then checked in daily once the work began. Finally, Victor and his four person crew were great. The work was high quality, Victor and his crew's work was superior compared to the work done by the previous roofer on my house. Clean up was such that I couldn't tell they were even onsite. I did not have any "punch list" work for them as everything was taken care of when they completed the work. Everyone was great to work with and very professional. I highly recommend Valentine Roofing, in fact I am going to have them install new gutters on my house.
