We looked at several options to replace our 20 year old roof, and we chose Valentine Roofing because of the estimator, John Tracy. He came to the house and was very personable and kind, and even was super kind to our dog! It was totally clear that John had high character and wasnt going to sell us something we didnt need. He did the due diligence looking at our roof and gutters, gave us several options, and was patient with us as he explained some of our choices. We ended up spending less than we had thought which was great! We were also very impressed with the level of communication and service Valentine provided as they got closer to our scheduled date. Because we have a shared driveway, we worked closely with the scheduling group to make sure we wouldnt inconvenience our neighbors for any longer than necessary. They also worked around our work schedules and were very clear about what to expect if we stayed in the house due to noise. The work crew was very kind and quite efficient. In the end, we were very happy with our decision and we would recommend Valentine. I especially recommend John Tracy, who made a very expensive and complex decision feel comfortable and easy to understand. My recommendation would be to add them to your list of companies to compare! We will go to Valentine again if we have other needs.

When we replaced our roof, we got quotes from at least 10 different roofing companies and ended up going with Valentine because of their quality, cost, and the reviews we read. They actually installed our roof in conjunction with our solar panel installation company. They worked well with the other company and it went off seamlessly. I would totally use them again if I needed anything done to my roof. These guys are good!

Working with Valentine Roofing has always been so easy. My calls are returned the same day, someone is here to respond to my request the same day or the following day and everyone is so helpful and communicative.

6 years ago Valentine installed a new roof and gutters on my home. Last week during the snow and wind the top of a tree dropped on my house and took off the gutter. I called Valentine to assess the damage. Chuck showed up on time listened to what had happened and went up to determine the damage. He removed the broken branches and removed the gutter in case it can be reattached. He showed me pictures and said what he thought the options might be. He texted later to let me know the next steps. I appreciated his communication and willingness to try and save the gutter if possible. He was wonderful to work with and didnt try to sell anything. Thank you Chuck!

After receiving three other bids we were most impressed with Valentine. They were our fourth and final bid. While they were not the least expensive they were the most professional and through in their evaluation of our home. We have decided to proceed forward with them. Cant wait.
