I needed the moss cleaned off my roof. Valentine roofing did an excellent job. From the day I booked with them the had excellent communication and the service tech was courteous and informative. I would recommend Valentine roofing to anyone needing any service done on their roof.
I noticed a small leak in my roof and called Valentine for a warranty repair - they sent Tristan out the very next day. Not only did he fix the issue quickly but he was also very professional and friendly. I'm a DIYer and asked a few questions and he was happy to explain what went wrong and what the fix was. He obviously takes pride in his work and is very knowledgeable.
I used Valentine and I wouldnt trust anyone else. They met all my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone.Side note- Tristan did an amazing job on my repair that I needed. Kudos to his outstanding job.
It literally felt like I was making a friend when Chuck came out to inspect my roof. He gave me great advice and never tried to sell me on anything. He was patient and answered all of my concerns while teaching me a few things about roofing. I didn't need to use Valentine Roofing but you have earned a future customer and will highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
Leo Medrano and his crew did an excellent job in replacing our roof. It is a complicated roof with dormers, valleys and different levels. Leo and his crew are hard working, fast, and efficient. All of the material had to be manually lifted on to the roof and they did it efficiently with out complaint.
