View allGreat follow-up service. Initially had questions on the completed work because of language/accent problem with the roof cleaners. Valentine sent out another tech to look at the roof and check on the installation of roof anchors [they had not be installed]. He installed the anchors and then scheduled a return visit to correct inadequacies in the previous cleaning. Extremely professional, recleaned/brushed the roof and applied a much better application of moss retardant.
I get annual roof cleanings since Valentine Roofing installed my new roof and gutters several years ago. As usual technician texted 30 minutes before arrival so we had a heads up. Roof and gutters were cleaned for a reasonable price. He cleaned up afterward around the exterior of the house where debris had fallen from the roof. Hard to expect anything more. Thanks!
