I noticed a small leak in my roof and called Valentine for a warranty repair - they sent Tristan out the very next day. Not only did he fix the issue quickly but he was also very professional and friendly. I'm a DIYer and asked a few questions and he was happy to explain what went wrong and what the fix was. He obviously takes pride in his work and is very knowledgeable.
