Step 2: Moss and algae treatment- Moss will be agitated to provide about 85% physical removal. Then the roof will be treated with a nontoxic chemical that will keep killing moss and algae for weeks to come. Our treatment will also help to prevent any re growth and new growth on your roof as added protection between maintenance.

Step 3: Full roof inspection with report- The technician will provide a thorough inspection of each roof that we service. Any special notes and recommendations will be added to a final report including before and after photos. Every customer receives this report after the completion of each service.
