New Roof Installation in Bainbridge Island

Our crew just finished a beautiful new roof in Bainbridge Island.

To elevate this homes existing charm, our customer chose an Owens Corning Duration shingle in Estate Gray. We completed the look with all matching metal flashing for a consistent and polished appearance. All new skylights give the customer a clear view to the outside world. No more clouding, no more condensation.

When it comes to durability and value no shingle outperforms the Owens Corning Duration series. The patented Sure Nail Strip and True Bond adhesive create a stronger bond for installation year round. Boasting a 130 MPH wind warranty this shingle is perfect for windy areas in and around the Pacific Northwest.

To correct a lack of proper ventilation we devised a custom plan for this home. Installing both in-vent and ridge vent systems created balanced ventilation for our customer's attic. This will help alleviate temperature variations from season to season giving our customer a more energy efficient home. The adequate movement of air through the attic space also helps to reduce moisture, reducing the likelihood of mold or mildew growth.

Overall we were able to address several issues the customer was having before we took on their roofing project. The finished product is a functional, expertly installed, beautiful new roof on Bainbridge Island, WA.
