New Metal Roof in Renton

We recently finished working with a customer to replace the old tile on their roof with a timeless new metal panel system. A 26 gauge striated metal roof panel system was chosen and installed to perfection. Striations help minimize uneven or wavy roof decks resulting in a beautiful metal roof.   • Titanium PSU 30 high temperature Ice and Water Shield is used on every metal install. is used
  • Curbs are used so that skylights can be properly flashed.
  • Skylights are flashed in color matching flashing.
  • Vented Ridge Caps are used for exhaust ventilation.
  • The floating clip system is hidden once panels are completely installed.
  • Straight line chimney counter flashing is installed for a sleek look.
