May Creek Roofing Project

Our customer in Renton was in need of a new roof.  She went with an architectural shingle for her entire roof. Since her patio cover is a low slope, we put and ice and water shield below her underlayment. Ice and water shield is a self sealing barrier that can be used as extra defense for vulnerable areas, such as valleys, roof penetrations, eaves and low slope areas. Certain types of shingles are best to use in these applications as well so we made sure to show her all her best options! See her new composite roof:
