Low Slope Roof Training
We recently held a mandatory, in-house training session for all of our roofers. Weatherbond Roofing Systems, who is a major manufacturer of TPO and PVC low slope roofing, was present to add insight. Weatherbond is Valentine Roofing’s product manufacturer of choice for low slope roofing products.
We like our training sessions to be hands on so we set up a demonstration area. This was meant to simulate skylights, chimneys and exterior walls, which are some of the trickiest areas to deal with in low slope roofing. We like to focus on “perfecting our craft” by doing all the little things right and we believe there is always room for improvement. That is why we hold regularly scheduled, mandatory trainings as a standard procedure. Photos of this training session are below.
