We installed a beautiful Landmark TL in Platinum for our customer in Federal Way. The TL stands for Tri Laminate and is a patented 3 layer laminate shingle. The added dimension creates a wood shingle inspired look with the durability, ease of installation and cost effectiveness associated with composite shingles. This type of shingle is typically the preferred composite shingle for HOAs across the region.  There are so many options for a new roof that your HOA will love!
