CertainTeed Landmark Shingle Install

Our customer in Olympia chose the very Popular Landmark shingle in the even more popular color Moire Black. After careful evaluation of his roof, Valentine Roofing identified that he would need to add a cricket behind his chimney to divert water away from the chimney and off the roof. Valentine Roofing always recommends building a cricket for chimneys 30" or greater in width. For ventilation is was determined that a ridge vent was a sleek option for this customer. Because balanced ventilation is so important we made sure there was enough existing intake for the new ridge vent we installed. In addition, every Valentine roof replacement includes all new flashing as well. New lead plumbing vent flashing and new B-vent assemblies are always painted to match for an exceptionally well finished look.
